Badlo Taqdeer Bano Dharti ka Maan
Shining Dijkot has initiated a new project called “Badlo Taqdeer – Bano dharti Ka Maan”. This is a unique and one of a kind project for the people of Dijkot. The aim of this project is to teach young people certain business skills and freelancing skills so that they can generate ample income for themselves and thus change their lives.
The project is initiated under the leadership of Mr. Ijaz Tanvir. This project is divided into three categories:
- Agri-Value Added Products. Under this program, the youth of Dijkot will be trained on how to run a business. Ample business opportunities will be provided to them. They will also be provided with opportunities to co-operate with one another through business connectivity.
- IT Freelancing Training Program. Under this program, the students will be taught freelancing skills which will enable them to earn thousands of rupees through freelancing platforms.
- Retail and Branding Courses. Under this program, the youth of Dijkot will be trained on how to run a business. Ample business opportunities will be provided to them. They will also be provided with opportunities to co-operate with one another through business connectivity. Loans will also be provided to help kickstart small businesses.
All these courses are free of cost. The students from madaris will be given financial incentives in the form of Rs.1000 per course. The registration for these courses is also free. The registration deadline is 15th may 2023. The duration of these courses is two months, starting from 1st June till 30th July. It will be a hybrid model as some courses will be taught online while some will be taught in physical classes.
This project was officially launched on 16th May 2023. An event was held at Al-Taj Marquee in Dijkot regarding the program “Badlo Taqdeer – Bano Dharti Ka Maan”. Experts from across the country participated in this event and expressed their views and played a fundamental role in making this project successful. The inaugural event received overwhelming response as more than 200 young boys and girls registered themselves for the courses.
